Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Guest Service Coordinator will create outstanding guest experiences, serving as the first point of contact to coordinate guest dining experiences at ATLAS and The Garden Room.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering incoming calls, assisting guests in creating their experiences at Atlas and/or The Garden Room
  • Providing information and acting as a liaison for our guests, directing through the appropriate channels to fulfill their requests when appropriate
  • Assisting in modifying existing guest experiences and relaying that information to the appropriate teams in the restaurant 
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with restaurants teams
  • Communicating and organizing details for guest experiences to the management team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of experience within a customer service industry
  • Ability to handle a high call volume with a professional phone etiquette
  • Strong and Diplomatic presence on calls while still providing empathy for guests
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Micros, OpenTable, and Tripleseat preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as well as some holidays
  • Must be available for immediate hire
