Our services include phone answering, message taking, lead generating, lead qualification, web lead response, and email & text services to clients in legal, healthcare, home & commercial services, as well as professional industries. We leverage proprietary technology to integrate into customers’ software applications, creating a sticky value-add service.
The IT Associate is responsible for providing front-level support for Nexa’s portfolio companies as well as providing physical hands-on support for our Phoenix operations center. Experience with end-user technologies such as laptops, desktops & mobile phones is a key requirement for this position. A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal skills, work well with a team and be willing to step in and assist with various tasks around the facility. This role will report directly to the Manager of IT.
