Successful sales representatives at BOG are hard-working, have at least one year of experience in outbound sales, are creative, like the outdoors, and are willing to confront challenges will a positive attitude.

Our sales representatives are paid an hourly rate plus commission


  • Answer calls and document interactions
  • Interact with prospects to qualify their needs
  • Explain company services and match to identified needs
  • Close sales and schedule initial services
  • Make outbound calls to cross-sell and up-sell clients
  • Introduce additional service and/or product lines to new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of sales activities
  • Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in occasional off-site sales and marketing events
  • Provide back-up for client service team
  • Mentor, coach and train technician sales team
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • At least one year of experience in customer service
  • Team oriented
  • Availability to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:30 pm with season Saturday hours, as well
  • Experience with working with customers over the phone
