Ramp Agents provide a vital role in ensuring our flights run safely and on time.

 

The Ramp Agent will provide under-wing services to aircraft, perform wing walker duties, tow aircraft, operate a mobile refueler truck to fuel aircraft, and hold a high regard for safety. A successful team member will bring energy, enthusiasm, a customer service mindset, and a willingness to go above and beyond.

 
 

Job responsibilities:

  • Guide aircraft inbound/outbound 
  • Transport, load, and unload passenger baggage & cargo
  • Clean aircraft passenger cabin and stock aircraft with the essential supplies
  • Clean aircraft exteriors in an outdoor environment.
  • Greet passengers and escort them safely to the aircraft. 
  • Drive passengers to and from their destinations in and throughout the Las Vegas Valley. 
  • Operate and/or drive ground support equipment, including lavatory cart, ground power unit, electric towbarless tug, and mobile fuel trucks
  • Performs other related duties as assigned, such as assisting pilots and mechanics with safety-sensitive duties. 
  • Ramp Agents support Pilots, Flight Operations, and Maintenance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Be able to pass a DOT drug screen and be enrolled in the random drug/alcohol program. 
  • Must have authorization to work in the US.
  • Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 70 pounds on a regular basis
  • Carry heavy items up and down to the aircraft
  • Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods
  • Work outside in all types of weather (sun, rain, or snow) with jet and machinery noise, fumes, dirt, and dust for extended periods.

The airline industry requires flexibility. We require our team members to be flexible and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
