Encompass + Orchestra is looking for an organized and energetic individual to join our Implementation Team. This individual must be a quick learner with the ability to easily adapt to new situations. They will possess advanced communication skills and be required to have strong technical experience. The implementation consultant will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying customer databases; taking customers ‘live’ and stabilizing them for 60-90 days.
An Implementation Consultant is often the 'face' of our company. The Consultant must not only know the software well but be able to teach it and demonstrate it in a professional and easy-to-understand manner. They must be able to focus on the process at hand and teach best practices to their client.
An Implementation consultant may work with all kinds of craft beverage manufacturers including breweries, distilleries, cideries, or meaderies. Consultants are continuously training themselves and their teammates on the software, as there are always new things to learn. On top of training, the consultant will be building databases, hosting webinars, and will likely be asked to present information to the team.
