Snowline Hospice is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to meeting the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those who are nearing the end of life's journey. Our mission is to enhance the living, comfort the dying, and support the grieving with compassion and dignity. Snowline has hundreds of volunteers that unselfishly give their time and talent throughout the organization in various roles.
What does the job entail?
Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development & Volunteer Services, this hands-on position provides support to Snowline's Retail, Clinical and Administrative volunteer programs in all counties where Snowline serves. You will perform activities related to attracting, recruiting, orienting, training and coordinating volunteer assignments. You will also assist in developing, implementing and maintaining volunteer recognition and retention activities including education meetings.

This position is primarily located in our Diamond Springs Administrative headquarters. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable being mobile and visiting our thrift store locations and the Sacramento office throughout their week.
