We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to fill an opening immediately in Lynchburg, VA. The qualified candidate will play a highly interactive and mission critical role in the lives of those receiving services from SSVA. The Direct Support Professional will have the unique ability to make a positive and lasting impact on their lives. The ideal candidate is friendly and positive, open minded and flexible, engaged in the community, and likes to be active.
Compensation & Benefits:
A Direct Support Professional just starting will make $8.50 per hour, however if you're willing to drive and are medication certified or once you fully complete medication certification training you have the potential to make $9.25 per hour. All certifications will need to be verified.
