As the nation's first and NYC's largest youth mentoring organization, Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City (BBBS of NYC) connects generations of New Yorkers by matching a caring adult mentor, a Big, with a New York City youth, a Little. Through evidence-based, goal-centered, professional supporting programming, BBBS of NYC provides consistent support and guidance to matches that result in longer, stronger match relationships that advance the social-emotional development and academic progress of young people across the five boroughs.
BBBS of NYC seeks a full-time Youth & Family Enrollment Manager, who will assist with the youth and family enrollment review process. The individual will review biopsychosocial assessments to assess client/family and program suitability, conduct collateral outreach, provide feedback and support to part-time interview staff, assist with partnership development, periodic database management of enrolled families, and provide programmatic support as needed. Flexible work schedule to be agreed upon.
Candidates that are Bilingual in English/Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. This role is currently functioning remotely, with the expectation of transitioning to our Manhattan office once the organization has deemed it is safe to do so. Candidate must have an internet connection and computer capabilities (w/functional microphone & camera) and quiet, private space in which to have confidential conversations.
