General Summary:

South Central Family Health Center has an exciting opportunity for a Center CCBHC Program Coordinator. The CCBHC Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, management, coordination of day-to-day activities, and implementation of policies and procedures. The South Central Family Health Center CCBHC Program Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing/coordinating CCBHC staff, providers, and clinicians. Provides day to day oversight of the CCBHC program and implementation


Minimum Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or related field with an understanding of the core duties within a Behavioral Health system of care. Associate degree plus five years related experience related to the core duties within a Behavioral Health system of care. Bilingual, including ability to read and write, in English and Spanish preferred. Must have valid California Driver’s License, auto insurance and available transportation. Carries out and follows all SCFHC procedures
