We are looking for a dedicated, organized Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will remove soiled plates and flatware from tables, wash them thoroughly, and reset tables in preparation for the next party. S/he will also help restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed.

The successful candidate should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.

• Attend daily pre-shift meeting.
• Adhere to company rules and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Maintain safe, healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; comply with food-handling and sanitation regulations.
• Work positively under pressure in a fast-paced time sensitive restaurant environment
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen by washing kitchen items, equipment, and area; removing trash; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Stock workstation with all necessary products and equipment.
• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
• Wash items by dishwashing machine and by hand, verifying cleanliness and returning items to inventory.
• Use a “clean as you go mentality” to keep workstation organized, clean, and sanitary.
• And other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Food Handler Health Card.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 40 pounds.
• Work unsupervised and use critical thinking and time management skills.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
