HVAC Technicians - $3,000 Hiring Bonus! 

 

Both Service and Maintenance Technicians needed to join our stellar team of professionals. $3,000 Hiring Bonus is for HVAC Technicians with a MINIMUM THREE YEARS OF VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE! Industry leading hourly rate paid and far away the best commission plan in the industry! No QUALIFIERS or attempts to cheat you out of your earnings. WE PAY WEEKLY COMMISSIONS ON EVERY DOLLAR YOU EARNED!

What We Are Looking For From A Candidate:

Ability to diagnose, repair, service and optimize HVAC equipment.

Ability to communicate and discuss with clients the issues and solutions to their HVAC needs. 

The capacity to learn and explain the benefits of upgrades such as IAQ and various HVAC technological upgrades as multi-speed 

  blowers, motorized dampers, multiple zones, humidifiers, and thermostatics options.

Setting Leads for Free Estimates for the replacement of units.

Tune-ups and performance of Maintenance Plans.

Recommending the benefits of Maintenance Plans and earning commissions on their enrollments. 

Being a member of a collaborative team, prompting our Core Values and Brand. 

Able to develop relationships and bridges with our clients and to become a trusted advisor to their service needs.
