We are looking to add to our Dispatcher staff.  We have two available shifts offered. One 

the closing shift from 10:30am to 7pm and the other swing shift from 9-5:30pm. As the closing Dispatcher, you will take over the role of Lead Dispatcher at 3:30pm and run the board until closing. You will be responsible for “Mission Control” until the end of the day, and set up the Dispatching Board for the next morning.

• A knowledge of the NVA area. You do not have to be a cartographer, but a familiarity with the region is helpful. We do not service WVA, MD or DC.

• The ability to use the digital tools to your advantage. The software, Service Titan, is the industry leader in the Service Industry. It has

• The ability to keep customers informed of the status of their service calls.

• To remain in contact with the Technician in the field, record information and debrief the client’s visit.

• Professionally investigate and resolve the rare issue of dissatisfaction by the customer or elevate these matters to the appropriate manager.

• Use the service industry leading software program Service Titan, to process Work Orders and Invoices. This is the state-of-the-art software program which is intuitive and user friendly!

• Two years of proven Dispatching experience.

Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or the Trades Industry is a big plus!
