Technical knowledge of a specialized engineering discipline, contracts administration and/or cost and scheduling relating to the construction of heavy industrial projects or commercial complexes.

Receives routine supervision and direction in the

Directs craftsmen activities, through craft supervision,
within the area of responsibility.
Monitors and ensures the quality of work performed
Analyzes manpower, material, equipment

Implements and enforces policies, procedures

Prepares reports and forecasts, as required, and keeps
supervisors informed on progress of overall assigned
Assists superintendents in the preparation of
construction methods, schedules, manning charts,
material and equipment requirements.
Supervises and directs subordinate field non-manual
personnel, as assigned.
Ensures Zero Accident safety standards and
requirements are implemented and adhered to by
craftsmen and others when in the operational area,
tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated
Experience: 10+ years of related work experience with at least
4 years of experience in field supervision.
May be responsible for direction of a specialized
discipline or an assigned segment of a project.
Assigned to a field construction organization in a
general or single discipline supervisory position.
Responsible for supervising and directing activities of
construction craftsmen within an assigned area of
