We are looking for an experienced, motivated team player and result-driven Shipping & Receiving Clerk. If you have what it takes to perform this job, then we want you in our team!
Essential Duties:
- Learn and understand the operation of shipping computer software.
- Pack parts for shipping, tape boxes shut, and weigh packages.
- Shipping packages using FedEx/UPS or DHL software.
- Possible use of power hand tools to close boxes.
- Create shipping labels and packings slips.
- Scan, File away invoices, purchase orders and packing slips.
- Open incoming work order packages in QUANTUM system.
Experience, Skills and Qualification:
Experience:
Prior QUANTUM experience.
Minimum **2 years of driving experience.
Maintaining accuracy accounting and inventory of all parts.
Assisting with routine part audits.
Organizing and tracking parts.
Shipping, delivering, and receiving part orders
Skills:
Must speak, read and write in English. Spanish is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized in tasks.
Should have basic computer software and keyboarding skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Qualification:
Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum **1 year of work experience in receiving/shipping.
Clean driving record.
