New Columbia Solar is seeking a Project Finance Associate to support the Company’s residential solar activities in the Washington, DC market. This individual will be responsible for underwriting projects sold to NCS by the Company’s development and installation partners, coordinating due diligence with investors and lenders, managing associated data rooms, coordinating project finance closings, and leading NCS’s communications with various stakeholders (installation partners, lenders, tax equity investors, and customers). This role will provide the right candidate with a unique opportunity to take a lead role in structuring debt and tax equity investments within a fast-paced company with a start-up culture.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who has a high attention to detail, is confident in their ability to work independently, can collaborate effectively with a team, and can lead extensive data analyses.
The position is based out of our headquarters in Washington, DC and reports to the Project Finance Manager.
