Position Purpose/Summary: 

The Parking Booth Cashier will responsibility for providing daily parking lot support and operation of the Lexington Center parking lots. Additional duties will include lot maintenance, general security of the parking lots, and providing directions and information regarding the lot and/or event to patrons/guests.


Primary Responsibilities/Job Duties/Performance Expectations:

  • Collects parking lot fees, makes correct change. 
  • Reconciles parking receipts with deposits and bank at the end of each day, event or shift.
  • Traffic control, vehicular parking, parking lot security and safety, and customer service.
  • Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of gates and parking lot lights.
  • Places event parking signs prior to events so that they are properly displayed
Requirements

  

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of Role:

  • Must have good basic math skills.
  • Must be able to handle several tasks concurrently.
  • Must have superb customer service skills 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be able stand for extended hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
