Job Summary:

  • Manage all assigned work orders assigned by supervisor
  • Be dependable and reliable
  • This is a second shift position
  • Night and weekend work required

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Maintain high quality treatment process on every job site
  • Submitting all testing reports on jobs site
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Preview routes and scheduled days of work
  • Reporting to job sites on time
  • Provide detailed notes in customer account
  • Protecting company assets and equipment.
  • Must comply with company vehicle safety guidelines
  • Communicate with supervisor for all customers needs
  • Complete all ongoing training provided by company
  • Develop positive relationships with coworkers and customers
  • On-call as needed for emergency jobs
  • Work outside assigned accounts required (as needed)
  • Overnight travel outside of region for company required (as needed)
  • Any other related work deemed necessary by your supervisor

Experience, Educational and Training Preferences:

  • 1 year of equivalent experience in related field
  • Experience with mobile devices (IPHONE, IPAD, PC, Cloud Based Systems)
  • Strong communication skills a must
  • Ability to read, write and speak English

Physical Requirements:

  • 90% Labor , 10% desk work/customer service
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds
  • Be able to work in an environment that is exposed to potential heat, rain, and cold

Applicants Must:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to satisfactorily pass a background screen and drug screen
  • Be willing to meet the physical requirements above and work overtime as needed, sometimes with minimum notice (including some weekends and holidays) to cover responsibilities based on the needs of the business
