Description

Job Summary:

  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Self-educate on services and products we offer to our clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner including emergency services
  • Supervise operations supervisors and technicians to ensure all jobs are completed within the month
  • Help complete jobs when necessary
  • Report on the status of accounts and completion of jobs
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (monthly p&l, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain a high retention percentage aligned with company objectives
  • Educate customers on marketing materials available to them. Oversee placement of marketing materials
  • Complete all ongoing training provided by company
  • Managing and protecting company assets and equipment.
  • Must comply with company vehicle safety guidelines
  • Submission of incident report forms in a timely manner.
Requirements

Experience, Educational and Training Preferences:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience with mobile devices (IPHONE, IPAD, PC, Cloud Based Systems)
  • Ability to read, write and speak English

Physical Requirements:

  • Field work required.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds
  • Be able to work in an environment that is exposed to potential heat, rain, and cold

Applicants Must:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to satisfactorily pass a background screen and drug screen
  • Be willing to meet the physical requirements above and work overtime as needed, sometimes with minimum notice (including some weekends and holidays) to cover responsibilities based on the needs of the business
