Your Role:
• Recruit, train, and support Cornwell dealers to drive district growth and meet sales goals.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, maintain territory surveys, and analyze dealer sales data.
• Ensure receivables stay within credit terms and assist dealers in maximizing sales through company programs.
• Communicate regularly with dealers via phone, email, video call and newsletters.
• Spend a minimum of three days per week working directly with dealers and document training activities.
What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Experience in the mobile tool business or similar field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven sales ability with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Physical ability to step in and out of a truck, regular walking and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and sufficient insurance coverage.
