Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA. With 5 offices, 17 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta ENT PC strives to help everyone feel their very best.


Duties (summary): Maintain the flow, inventory, and cleanliness of the back office. Bring patients back into the rooms, obtain vitals, record patient history and medication in chart, assess/document their HPI. Set-up for and assist with in-office surgeries and procedures.


Our Ideal Candidate:  Multi-tasker with great customer service, communication, and data entry skills. A team player who is flexible and dependable. Prior clinical experience is a plus.


Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to Multi-task effectively and efficiently

• Ability to travel to all Augusta ENT, P.C. locations (Aiken, Augusta, Evans, Grovetown)

• Computer skills – strong data entry

• High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility

• Previous customer service experience
