We are a local Latin concept with several locations throughout Miami seeking Crew Leadres for our locations that possess the following things:

Ideal candidates must have great energy, enthusiasm, multitasking skills, and strong communication skills. We have opportunities available for enthusiastic people with a passion for creating guest loyalty! 

Future potential for General Manager Positions will be available with the proper skill set, training and drive. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length. 

Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of urgency to, "WOW", every guest. 

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. Must be service and team oriented, having tremendous ability to work with others in a team environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

- Six (6) Preferably a minimum of 6 months of experience within the restaurant business with a managerial focus

- No more than 2 jobs in the past 3 years.

- Assertively engaged in career development

- Respect and appreciation for a variety of cultures and nationalities

- Must have the ability to speak, read both English & Spanish

- Computer knowledge is necessary

- Must work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends & Holidays 

- Must be able to pass a Background Check (Criminal , County checks)
