Overall responsibility for operation of programming services for assigned region. Cultivates and maintains effective relationships with Local, State and Federal agencies, network partnerships and community groups.
Provides Supervision and support to Site Managers.
Works in coordination with RDP regarding grant/contractual requirements.
Responsible for all reporting on grant/contractual work.
Responsible for accuracy, quality and completeness of all grant/contractual work and reports.
Network with Community groups, businesses, and other service organizations to establish/enhance collaboration.
Knowledge of relevant State and Federal agency programs, including eligibility and reporting requirements.
Develops and maintains knowledge of community resources and needs, including statistical data and projections. Provides leadership to the staff in maintaining productive community relationships. Maintains and supports Advisory Committee.
Proactively promote positive perceptions of the agency through presentations, conversations, and accessibility.
Serves as liaison to local and state elected officials in articulating the needs of vulnerable community residents.
Responds to customer and community identified needs in service delivery and develops corrective action steps to improve operations; seeks out customer feedback and strategies to meet needs.
Advocates and seeks funding and additional resources for emerging community needs.

B.A degree or A.S in Human Services, with 4 years additional years of experience administering and supervising human services programs.
4 years experience providing advocacy services on behalf of low income and elderly community members.
4 years experience administering and supervising human services offices.
Documented experience in successful solicitation of funding and grant writing.
Other combinations of education and experience which demonstrate a candidate’s ability to perform the above services may meet the requirements of this position.
