Job Title: Inside Sales Center Representative

Salary: $31,200 - $100,000

The Sales Role:

We turn callers into new customers using our measured and consultative sales approach. ISG excels at performance, cultivating it with continuous support, guidance, and comprehensive training. You will become a subject matter expert trained to assess the needs of callers and present solutions that connect them to our products to increase orders.

What You’ll Do:

· Become a subject matter expert on our sales process, product knowledge, and our order entry platform during our paid comprehensive training program

· As a commissioned sales agent, you will offer, upsell, and cross-sell available promotions based on serviceability

· Manage numerous inbound and transferred calls in a timely manner from your dual-monitored workstation 

· Assist callers with product availability, pricing, and enrollment

· Qualify callers on our payment card industries (PCI) compliant production floor

· Comply with all ISG and partner policies 

Who You Are:

· Strong communication skills (empathic listener & persuasive speaker)

· Technologically savvy 

· Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

· Sales experience preferred

$17.00 Training Pay

To assist you with your ramp period, we provide you with a $17.00 hourly guarantee for your 1st 8-weeks of employment. After training you will earn commissions, however, with our average agent earning $20 per hour, most agents out earn this prior to the completion of their 8-week ramp to performance period.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18-years old with High School Diploma or GED equivalent 

• Drug screening & background check

*The $1000 signing bonus is offered to newly hired, full-time Commissioned Sales Agents beginning on or after 3-11-2024 and will be paid in installments (30-days $250, 60-days $250, 90-days $250, and 120-days $250). The signing bonus will only be paid to full-time Commissioned Sales Agents that are employed by and in good standing with the company at the time each bonus installment is paid. Previous company employees or “rehires” do not qualify for the signing bonus. In order to be in “good standing” a Commissioned Sales Agent must, among other things, maintain satisfactory attendance, performance, and must not be subject to any disciplinary proceedings at the company.
