We are looking for Retail Managers that are passionate about creating a stellar customer experience. If you are passionate about making a difference and seeking a career in hospitality, we'd like to speak with you. We have 5 stores throughout the city of Seattle.  

As a Management employee you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our Mighty-O guests
• Manage all daily operations of the retail shop and employees
• Stock, order, and track inventory of ingredients, supplies, and merchandise
• Program and maintain all aspects of the POS system
• Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of all shop equipment as well as the store itself
• Train employees 
• Lead by example, coach, motivate, and schedule shifts for all store employees
• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and promotions program for the store

This is a great job for you if:

• You have outstanding leadership, sales, and communication skills
• You have 3-5 years of barista experience with a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience managing staff and all aspects of retail operations (scheduling, ordering, inventory control, sales, promotions)
• You have a basic understanding of retail and coffee shops (specialty retail and organic/non-GMO food preferred)
• You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service that is executed in a personal and professional manner while creating excitement about the total customer experience for your team
• You have a willingness to accept feedback, learn new things, and display passion for your work with a "can do" attitude
• You have the ability to work smart and efficiently with a great attitude
• You strive to maintain impeccable levels of cleanliness, have an eye for detail, and excel at staying organized
• You have a proven track record relating to marketing and promotions including daily deals, social media, and other creative avenues for increasing sales
• You have a passion for not only meeting but beating shop goals while creating raving Mighty-O Donuts fans!
