Title: Operations Support Associate

Position Status: Full Time
On-Stage a 40-year-old brand and leader in the Musical Instrument (MI) industry is looking for an Operations Support Associate to assist our Operations team. This individual will be responsible for performing a high level of transactional type work. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and will provide administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as order entry, freight quotes, order consolidation, sales quote entry, and all other necessary documents.
•Creating orders from inbound PO’s and internal requests from sales or other departments
•Processing internal orders and on-line parts orders
•Combining orders for shipping and processing Freight quotes
•Creating credit memos
•Mailing and reviewing invoices
•Interacting with B2B (Business-to-Business) ordering sites
•Creating new items using SharePoint list (Office 365) and Navision
•Managing folders on Outlook
•Updating UPS information
•Review data entered against the original documents for accuracy and corrects any errors or duplications.
•Receives and distributes incoming mail and materials.
•Complete weekly and monthly reports as requested/needed to assist other departments and TMP customers, including backorder reports.
•Maintain and update department documentation, processes and procedures.
•Customer service support including answering customer inquiries, processing customer returns/credits, etc. as requested
•Perform other duties as assigned, supporting various departments (accounting, purchasing, product development, tradeshows) as needed.

•1-3+ years’ experience as a Data Entry Clerk or equivalent work experience.
•Strong PC skills
•10-key results with average key-strokes per hour greater than 12,000 key strokes.
•Alpha-Numeric results with average key-strokes per hour greater than 14,000 key strokes
•Windows based software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
•Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a plus
