Description

  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and Complete Maintenance Requests 
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for various facilities related services including, but not limited to:
    • Electricity
    • Plumbing
    • HVAC
    • Pest Control
    • Cleaning
    • Other contractors when needed for special       projects
  • Management of supply inventory of maintenance      closet
  • Minor Maintenance such as light bulb replacement, ballast      replacement etc.
  • Unpacking general building and break room supplies
  • Management of inventory of general building and break room supplies
  • Work with manager on monthly generator tests
  • Complete all training assignments
  • Keep all documentation compliant for processes

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cleaning when specific issues arise (eg: overflowing trash, spill in the  lunchroom, etc.)
  • Managing Pest Control issues of a minor nature (killing bugs if isolated)


Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • Education – Minimum H.S. Diploma
  • Handyman Skills
  • Ability to work independently

1-2 years’ experience 

Salary Description
$22-$25/hr
