Description

The Member Concierge role acts as a liaison between Client Giant team members, clients/ members, and vendor fulfillment partners. They handle and resolve client queries, train other  client services staff, take the initiative to resolve client issues and maintain satisfactory  relationships with existing clients. They are responsible for ensuring that clients remain happy  and satisfied with the service being provided.

Requirements

The requirements of this position includes:

  • Handle the Live Chat Support M-F 8am-5pm, or as determined by manager • Tend to customer service-related needs/solutions via email/phone call • Provide exceptional customer service to clients on a daily basis, to include but not limited  to live chat support, responding to client emails & calls, and customer service related solutions as needed. 
  • Coach the member on all services, features, functionality, and activities that may lead to  greater success. This includes, but is not limited to cross-selling and upselling to existing  account holders. 
  • Provide creative problem-solving solutions for challenges with clients as needed.
