Project Coordinator
Description

This position is responsible for providing dedicated project support to a La Crosse Sign Group client. This position works closely with crews, contractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly. This position will perform review and analyze status of projects and keep management informed of progress. The ideal candidate will also have some experience working in construction, design or a related field.


Essential Duties:

  • Writes work, purchase and service orders according to established procedures
  • Completes all paperwork related to projects according to established procedures
  • Maintains close, regular contact with the client
  • Maintaining updated files on customer-related information and production drawings
  • Obtains appropriate permits for installation of signs
  • Assists in purchase of materials utilized in sign production
  • Creates, types, copies, and files correspondence
  • Participate in various internal committees
  • Back up for receptionist duties occasionally as needed
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other business software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other Dynamics product a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written; skilled in the art of negotiation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner
  • Outstanding integrity, expert problem solver, analytical thinker, and decision maker
  • Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent math and numerical skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license
