Job Summary: Provide on-site customer service and technical support, operator and maintenance training and phone/e-mail support to customers world-wide.
Job Duties: Minimum job duties include the following.
Skills/Experience: Minimum one (1) year related technical experience is preferred. Must possess excellent communication. Knowledge of perimeter electronic security and its functional use is a plus. Read schematics, solder and use of electronic test equipment. Must demonstrate leadership and maintain company policies, goals and procedures. Must possess skills in Word, Visio, Excel, etc. Must have valid AZ Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Education: AA/E.E.T. preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or military training will be considered.
Physical demands: Must be able to stand and walk outdoors for long periods of time to certify system installations or provide service, climb ladders at various heights, and lift 25+ lbs. Air and vehicle travel, including weekends is required.
