Introduction to Clarity Counseling
Our mission is to reduce suffering as efficiently as possible. Time and money are significant barriers to mental health care and providing excellent, efficient therapy reduces the time and cost of therapy. Simultaneously, we refuse to sacrifice depth for the sake of brevity because that only leads to symptom re-emergence. As a result, we train and develop our staff in practices that research shows will produce longitudinal results in the least amount of time practical, and which also make the job more emotionally sustainable for our team.
Balance and recovery are critical in doing a challenging job. We designed this role to support emotionally healthy therapists so they can offer quality care to people in suffering. We offer training and resources not only in how to do the job with excellence, but in how to do the administrative job in the least amount of time possible with the support of administrative team members who handle scheduling and billing functions for you. When done in the manner we teach, you should be done with work in 32-35 hours most weeks and make a comfortable, full-time salary.
