Administrative Assistant - Full or Part-time
Description

  

Provide wide range of administrative support by handling requests and performing clerical and administrative functions.


 Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)  

  • Travel arrangements for team members’ companywide (e.g., flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
  • Coordinates incoming material and deliveries for office
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes mail and other correspondence, including faxes
  • Orders, receives, stores, and maintains office supplies
  • Maintains office equipment and arranges for repairs
  • Coordinates meetings/luncheons and special occasions/events
  • Process base passes
  • Performs other duties/special projects as assigned
Requirements

 Education and Experience   

  • A community college program and 1-3 years of experience; or
  • A High School diploma and 3-5 years of experience

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities   

  • Ability to professionally represent the company verbally, in writing and in person to clients, team members and all others that may have contact with
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage time and resources in the most efficient manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is critical
  • Ability to work independently

 Supervisory Responsibilities   

  • Reports directly to the Project Coordination Supervisor 

 Working Conditions    

  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
  • Regularly required to sit or stand, bend, and reach
  • Hours can be flexible and will be determined during hiring process
