Description

Role:

As a CarynHealth marketing manager, you will create content and manage lead generation and customer retention projects for one of our key clients in Healthshare business with marketing campaigns, customer communications, websites, and social media. 


Additionally:

  • Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
  • Perform competitive analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns for new business development and retention of existing customers
  • Translate complex data into simple graphs and text for consumption 
  • Compile and present data for other departments including sales, customer retention/support, financial and executive

 

Your work and life:

This position will work in our Alpharetta, GA office. While a number of CarynHealth team members live and work in several states, making videoconferencing a normal part of doing business, this is a headquarters level position that is a strategic contributor and a key part of our management team as we continue expanding our scope and operations.

Requirements

Your skills:

You must be able to envision, create, write and edit marketing content, as well as structure and manage the projects that need content, like marketing campaigns, web content updates and launches, member communications, and much, much more.

You need to know or learn the platforms we use, including Microsoft Office, Monday, Slack, WordPress, and Salesforce among others. And chances are you have other skills that are big “pluses” to us: can you create and edit video for the web? Can you write for SEO? Do you have visual design skills? You’ll have an opportunity to use everything you can bring to the table and learn on the job.

Experience:

We are seeking someone with 5 years or more of software/technology marketing experience in the healthcare administration, health insurance administration and allied industry sectors with an ability to immerse themselves into our market segments for both software licensing, professional services and fully outsourced managed services.
