Snowline is a non-profit, community based, JCO certified hospice & palliative care agency.  We are seeking an Assistant to Clinical Leadership who will assist with providing direct administrative support for clinical leadership in handling the duties and functions related to Clinical operations for the organization.  


  • Assist with preparation of the clinical work schedule and update staff calendar with approval
  • Provide administrative support for the other key Clinical departments and staff members, such as Referral/Admissions, Team Coordinators, Bereavement, and Supportive Care
  • Prepare correspondence and reports, perform filing and copying as requested by director(s)
  • Assist in the coordination of appointments, meetings, and maintenance of the leadership's calendars
  • Assist in the preparation for Clinical meetings, scribe for clinical meetings, and assist in preparation and distribution of clinical meeting minutes


  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Four years general office and administrative support experience OR two years general office and administrative support plus an Associate's Degree in business or related field
  • One year experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple projects while performing work in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner
  • Demonstrated computer skills with extensive experience using Microsoft Word and Excel required 
  • Proven ability to think clearly, logically, analyze issues and use good judgment to carry out responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff
