Under the general direction and reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing Technology, the Coordinator of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the V Foundation’s digital strategy as part of the organizations overall strategic marketing and communications efforts.
The individual will directly manage and/or provide consultation for the V Foundation websites (V Foundation, Victory Ride, Wine Celebrations, etc.) with the following high-level goals: elevate consumer’s user experience, drive digital revenue, increase engagement of digital content throughout all connected channels, optimize paid and organic search, manage our keyword strategy via effective utilization of Google Ad Grants/Ad Words campaigns.
The individual will work closely with other unit and departments to include Marketing, Business Partnerships, Communication, Public Relations and outside vendors and contractors.
25% Improve the user experience across all V Foundation web properties to increase engagement and improve conversion rates. Elevate digital skillset (UX, HTML) and experience that can support and improve digital footprint.
20% Support digital initiatives including, but not limited to; new website build, associated website builds/refreshes, connectors (GA, Salesforce, Pardot), plug-ins, etc.
20% Manage annual campaigns and track deliverables going out to each channel (web, social, email); manage content updates to websites; and manage and evaluate paid digital campaigns.
15% Lead our e-commerce efforts to build our brand and grow revenue via 3rd party partnerships.
10% Optimize website performance via ongoing analysis of performance via Google Analytics.
10% Understand SEO best practices to help inform V Foundation writers (and freelancers if necessary) when crafting copy.
