A Paid Search Lead is expected to be a driven digital marketer in the Digital Performance Marketing department that is capable of both tactical execution and strong client communication. This could mean a highly specialized individual that is an expert at one channel, or a multi-channel expert (depending on client responsibilities). A Lead is expected to own the development of strategy deliverables that fall within their given skillset and should be able to assist on more generalized deliverables. A Lead may be asked to take ownership or small to mid-sized clients and execute both tactical and client management responsibilities and may also report to and assist a Senior Lead in managing a larger client at Brunner.


This individual should be comfortable enough with tactical campaign implementation in their channel(s) of expertise that they require very minimal oversight and can also make strategic decisions as needed. They may require some guidance on high-level strategy and/or client communication from a Senior Lead or Director, but should be proactively striving to take more and more ownership of account responsibilities and strategy.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Acts as Lead on Paid Search projects and clients, alone and/or in partnership with a Sr. Lead or Director

· Uses tactical implementation mastery to execute on channel-specific client deliverables.

· Provides proactive strategic growth ideas on owned accounts, and handles ownership of account profitability

· Provides leadership and mentorship to more junior level staff, working to help nurture their careers


Requirements


Education Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or Management Degrees preferred)


Management Experience

· 5+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience 

· Experience managing campaigns across one or multiple channels

· Proven record of strong organization and thought leadership skills (self-driven)


Skillset

· Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)

· Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

· Mastery of channel-specific digital media management and reporting platforms for those channel(s)

· Capable of presenting to clients in addition to fielding client questions with little to no oversight

· Can work independently and manage projects from start to finish

· Understanding of appropriate time management of workload and how it effects profitability of projects

· Understands the team’s role in the larger agency process
