Typical Duties:

• ***Act as initial contact with new job opportunity – duties include site visits, client and design professional communication, RFI’s, RFP’s etc.
• Create detailed estimates for job acquisition – including Sub / supplier pricing, historical data and in-house take off information
• Collaborate with PC to initiate job start up
• Work with PM and VPPC to align the budget with expectations
• On assigned projects, lead throughout SCI Bid Process
• On assigned projects collaborate with Project team and lead the hand off during the Buyout phase
• Immediately collaborate with Subs, suppliers and Project team when scope changes during Estimating and Buyout phase
• ***Prior to handoff, be the lead on reporting to Project team during buyout and staff meetings
• Procure new Subs and Suppliers based on project scopes
• Maintain and expand Sub / Supplier database
• Participate in following SCI Meetings – Monday Buyout / Wednesday Staff / ***Friday PM / Monthly Job Reviews / Superintendent
• Adhere to all SCI Company Processes AND remain positive with your team and customer to complete the project
