Part-Time, Non-Union position
Maintain Senior Nutrition client/service databases to produce accurate meal orders, delivery route records, client service records and , end of month billing reconciliation. Accurate and timely daily input and download of new and updated client data for various nutrition service programs. Backup data entry to café coordinator as needed for congregate and senior dine services; including but not limited to processing Senior Dine orders Generate and transmit daily kitchen reports; delivery route reports; meal substitution reports. Provide coverage to the front desk as needed. Accept telephone referrals for Meals on Wheels service when necessary by completing program intake. Review monthly remittance advice, investigate payment denials and follow-up to insure collection of accounts receivable. Other related duties as assigned.
A.S degree preferred but will accept experience in lieu of degree. Database utilization; data entry. Knowledge of Windows 7 and later. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word 2010 and later. Strong knowledge of Internet Explorer 10 and later. Competence with Microsoft Office Suite ; Accurate typing at 60 wpm; Detail oriented to manage complex meal order system; Interpersonal communication skills; Logical thinking; Problem-solving; time management; organization skills; Initiative and follow-through; Ability to learn, integrate, and utilize new technologies as required by funders.
