General Summary of Position

This position is responsible for providing support to Project Manager in overall project implementation and on-going support across the organization to ensure sustainability and on-going process improvement.

Essential Duties

  • Provides support to Project Manager, Operations and Finance team according to scope and timeline of project.
  • Prepares for meetings and supports implementation of action plans in timely and accurate manner.
  • Works within ERP/WMS system (NetSuite) to ensure sustainability and support IMS functionality.
  • Ensures timely communication to Project Manager regarding delays, changes, suggestions, etc. and builds engagement across the organization for the implementation.
  • Supports configurations, implementation and ensures sustainability of processes while looking for ways to streamline and enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provides training and coaching to ensure sustainable continuous improvement efforts.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Operates safely in all conditions.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Follows policies and procedures.

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience with transportation, warehouse or packaging systems preferred.
  • Team-player who prides themselves on providing stellar customer service.
  • Willing to take on assignments with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong verbal communication skills – comfortable with public speaking/presentations.
  • Demonstrated writing skills.
  • Organization and attention to detail including accurate data and numbers required.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize work in order to productively and efficiently meet deadlines.
  • Professional presence with the ability to diffuse difficult situations and problem solve effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience with standard Microsoft Office and related technology.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
  • Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours across all shifts, weekends, etc based upon business operational demands and may be required to operate across various locations.
