Snowline Hospice is community-based, nonprofit organization, dedicated for over 40 years to meeting the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those who are nearing the end of life's journey. We care for patients throughout Sacramento County and El Dorado County.  Snowline has three popular thrift store locations and a reuse and processing center.  We are currently seeking a full-time Production Team Lead. 

Position:  Thrift Store Production Team Lead - Full-Time, Benefited

Location:  Folsom, California


Provide leadership, support, and direction to store and warehouse employees and volunteers. Part of management team that coordinates the smooth running of day-to-day store and warehouse operations and increases productivity.



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience in a lead or supervisory position
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Experience in working with a team

Essential Functions:

  • Increase the flow and efficiency of donated goods to the sales floor.
  • Teach and train proper donation receiving methods and standards.
  • Manager on Duty responsibilities including opening and closing store to include organizing cash receipts, setting up and opening register drawer, preparing daily sales report, and preparing cash for deposit.
  • Directly involved with the activity of processing and donation receiving by working alongside your team.
  • Provide direction and support to employees and volunteers and active involvement in cashiering and warehouse duties.
  • Coordinate efficient sales floor and warehouse workflow and store operations through organizing, assigning and delegating the work of employees and volunteers.
  • Ensure that all facility standards are adhered to, and that employees and volunteers follow safe work practices and procedures.
  • Analyze performance, efficiencies, and productivity to create tactics to improve business outcomes.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly setting of expectations on quality and quantity of work production.
  • Interact with customers and community to Snowline’s standards in a way that builds loyalty.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Snowline Hospice’s mission. 
  • Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
