Human Resources Associate
Job Type

 Major areas of responsibility include recruitment management, employee relations, Paylocity program administration and employee leave management. Serve as backup to the HR Assistant and cross-train on duties of HR Officer.   



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in human resource functions, payroll/benefits and office administration
  •  PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and H.R.I.S. applications
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance
