  • Starting Pay: $15.00-$25.00/hr depending on skills with additional bonus opportunities
  • Hours- M-F 7AM-3:30PM, additional OT and weekends may be available
  • Benefits:  Health start the month following date of hire


Our Crew Members are responsible for construction of tiny homes, cottages and vacation villas built in our factory. All aspects from framing to finishing and all of the trades in between are completed in-house. You will be responsible for assisting in the layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's requirements. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
  • Work collaboratively with various specialized trades to meet production goals and objectives.
  • Conduct repair work and installation of frame, doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
  • Ability to assess the quality of work and materials.
  • Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
  • Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
  • Prep work zones sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
  • Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
  • Provide regular and reliable attendance
