We are a Michigan-based company that buys, sells, and refurbishes medical imaging systems worldwide. We also stand by these products with replacement parts and field service and fill interim needs with mobile imaging systems. Right now, we are accepting applications for the role of Workstation Repair Technician, in our Holt, MI facility on a full-time basis.

Job Description: 

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various workstations and other related components bought or sold by Block Imaging Parts & Service. 

  • Develop professional knowledge of parts and equipment sold by Block Imaging
  • Diagnose and repair workstation assemblies
  • Classify/prioritize defective or unknown workstation assemblies
  • Run basic test protocols
  • Document processes developed
  • Work respectfully, cooperatively, and professionally with others in the best interest of the company
  • Remove Patient Health Information (PHI)/confirm software
  • Handling any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education: B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent (defined as at least three years of direct workstation repair experience). 

Experience: 

One (1) year experience in medical imaging repair preferred/not required.

Linux/Unix and Microsoft Windows experience preferred.
