Job Summary:
Coordinators may be assigned teams to lead at events, but they always work under the direction of the Lead Coordinator on duty or the Events Manager. The position would be working "on and off location" in the catering department.
Catering Coordinators & Lead Job Duties:
- Pick-Up/Deliver Food and Equipment
- Pulls all items needed for catering event.
- Keep track of catering inventory.
- Loading and Unloading of Hotboxes.
- Oversees that all inventory is on the food truck for catered events, also makes sure that all items are cleaned and replaced after catering event has ended.
- Set-Up/Break down of tables and chairs
- Onsite Setup/Strike for events.
- Cleaning equipment
- Organizing items
- BEO Accuracy, Pull Accuracy, and Menu Card Accuracy
- Back-up for Café Staff
- Being reliable and trustworthy is a must
- Assist Manager at events as needed
- Team player
Catering Coordinators & Lead Qualifications:
- Reliable Transportation
- A clean driving record
- A positive attitude
- Take direction well
- Able to lift/move 30 pounds without any issues
- Well-kept and clean
- Event coordinator background
- Experience driving large pieces of equipment
- This is a Part Time position with the opportunity of becoming Full time employment. No photos or social media posts will be allowed when working "on-location" the individual must act like a professional if they want to remain on the crew.
Required licenses or certifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Serve-safe Certified
