CRM - Plan and deliver CRM/email strategies encouraging customer retention and loyalty (Primary)
• Company liaison with third party marketing group for customer email system
• Work with internal CRM group to create yearly CRM plan and marketing calendar
• Work in tangent with communications manager to create email marketing templates and customer lists to fit the A-Basin brand
• Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
• Analyze email marketing data to ensure alignment with business goals and formulate future strategies ensuring maximum profitability
• Strategize, create and implement post departure surveys
• Track and analyze survey results
Digital - Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and estore (Secondary)
3-4 years of CRM experience. Outdoor industry preferred.
Knowledge of email software, Qualtrics, RTP, Aspenware (estore), HTML programming and Google Analytics a plus. Digital advertising knowledge including paid social, SEO and retargeting.
