Description

 The Arizona Group is an Arizona-based Independent Insurance Agency and is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Client Service Agent who can perform back end processing for our Commercial Team. This is a full-time, On-site, Hybrid-friendly position for an Agency with less than 100 employees. https://www.arizonagroup.com


Mandatory Qualifications  for Commercial Insurance Client Service Agent:

· Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience in an Independent Agency environment

· Fluent in Issuing Certificates of Insurance

· Active Arizona Property and Casualty License

· Experience with Applied Systems Epic is required

· Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to our level of service and turn-around times


Examples of Essential Job Duties for Commercial Insurance Client Service Agent:

· Initiate in Epic, send to carriers or Process online policy changes, issue certificates, auto ID cards, and any/all other insurance documents customary to commercial lines processes.

· Follow up with Carriers for Policies & endorsements either via email or via the applicable carrier website

· Order and read MVR’s

· Request Loss Runs from carriers or retrieve from the applicable carrier website

· Review and/or process new and renewal policies, endorsements, audits, audit assignments, cancellations, non-renewal notices, proof of auto insurance, and all similar documents for accuracy and prepare correspondence to insureds and/or carriers as needed

· Review and adhere to processing procedures to incorporate the capabilities of the system into the daily workflow and streamline the workflow

· Respond to internal and external inquiries and/or requests in a timely manner

· Work closely with Account Managers to develop the skills and insurance knowledge necessary to perform assigned tasks

· Other duties as assigned

Certificate Processing  for Commercial Lines Client Service Agent:

· Review Insurance Requirements for compliance

· Understand and review AI forms for the correct application

· When required, process changes/endorse Epic accordingly (Designated AIs/NOC/WOS) and submit to carrier

· Issue certificates in CSR24 (Including: Create templates/Add forms/Review existing templates for coverage/forms accuracy)

· Document Epic accordingly (attach original request/Attach certificate issued) and use activity notes when needed

· Ability to be highly organized, yet flexible in dealing with shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and evolving procedures

· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working with people in a high volume customer service environment

· Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining positive staff relationships within a teamwork environment

· Candidate must be able to assist 1 to 2 Account Managers

· Candidate must be available during 8-5 pm Arizona Time

· Company equipment will be provided.

· Compensation is DOE with a potential bonus

  

Benefits and Compensation  Commercial Insurance Client Service Agent: 

  •  Full Time - M-F 8:00am- 5:00pm
  • Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
