The Opportunity 

This is the perfect place to start your service career in the industry. You’ll be servicing our most loyal, dedicated, customers that already like and trust us. This is an opportunity to showcase your diagnostic skillset on equipment as you are learning more about the industry. You’ll service a mix of new and existing customers. You have the opportunity to educate your customers on the importance of proper maintenance so they can extend the life of their equipment. In addition, you can educate them on items that can improve their health, comfort,  safety, and convenience needs by giving them options and solutions specific to their situation. 


What You’ll Spend Your Day Doing

As a Service Expert, your day will be spent troubleshooting and repairing equipment. You may also spend time doing preventative maintenance visits for existing Total Home  Care Club Membership customers or new customers that have a desire to maintain their equipment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Overtime available

Weekend available


Requirements
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Clean driving record
  • Must have strong communication skills, including a pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common
  • Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task




Salary Description
Annual Salary Expectations $45k -$70k
