Description

As a Sales Representative, you will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails while maintaining positive business relationships. If you are a results-driven individual who understands customer needs and requirements, we want you to join our team!


What You will Be Doing:

  • Contacting prospective customers by both telephone and email
  • Market Research to develop warm leads
  • Attending networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads
  • Using product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
  • Up-selling additional products as need arises
  • Using database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
  • Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials
  • Performing other related duties as assigned


Requirements

What You will Need:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if candidate has previous sales experience
  • Experience with healthcare or finance is a plus
  • The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
