Candidates should have:
- Experience in planning, design development, design, and contract documents
- Established Revit and AutoCAD skills with working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge in building materials, construction detailing and building codes
- Experience in translating complex designs into clear construction documents
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with consultant coordination experience
- Multi-project, collaborative design team experience
- An accredited architectural degree or equivalent experience
