Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and Complete Maintenance Requests
- Coordinate with outside vendors for various Facilities related services including, but not limited to:
- Electricity
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Pest Control
- Cleaning
- Other contractors when needed for special projects
- Management of supply inventory of maintenance closets
- Minor Maintenance such as light bulb replacement, ballast replacement etc.
- Unpacking general building and break room supplies
- Management of inventory of general building and break room supplies
- Work with manager on monthly generator tests
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Door security when needed (assist other personnel)
- Cleaning when specific issues arise (eg: overflowing trash, spill in the lunchroom, etc.)
- Managing Pest Control issues of a minor nature (killing bugs if isolated)
- Maintain healthy filters in the air purifiers and coffee machines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education – Minimum H.S. Diploma. Technical Certification or College Preferred.
- Handyman Skills
- Ability to work independently
- 1-2 years’ experience
Salary Description
$40,000 - $60,000/year
