Job Title: Sous Chef - Seafood Restaurant Group - Lure Fish House


Overview:

Join Lure Fish House, a family-owned business in Porter Ranch, CA, celebrated for its delectable seafood offerings. We're in search of a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team. If you're a seafood enthusiast and have proven experience, we want you!


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire kitchen staff for efficient operations.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering.
  • Ensure compliance with local food regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

  • Formal culinary training.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques, especially seafood.
  • Successful track record in seafood-focused menu development.
  • Knowledge of local food regulations.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $65,000-$75,000.
